To get to the most southerly point in the whole of the United States, you have to drive and drive and drive down several ‘roads’ on the South coast of Hawaii. It’s faaar away. Much further than it looks on a map; but then how often do you get the chance to do something like stand at the bottom of the US? Anyway, it’s really windy down there, so there are plenty of wind farms about – as well as a few abandoned ones like this. They’re eerie.
