Sicily isn’t all about decrepit streets and olden things! This waterpark near Catania, provided a much needed respite from the blistering heat, and a whole day of slides! It was great. We very nearly didn’t get there after getting hideously lost (it’s in the middle of nowhere and the directions on their website are awful) but it was worth the trek, even if we stood out a mile as the only pasty English people amid the deeply tanned Sicilians.
